Naiza Araceli
InstructorNaiza has always been teaching, creating, moving, dancing or involved in sports like volleyball and cheerleading; subconsciously understanding the importance of keeping the body in motion. In 2013, she became a professional certified coach, beginning her journey in helping people. Experiencing some health issues that limited her ability to move, she was determined to find a way to help herself. In 2015, Naiza became a certified yoga instructor; to be able to help others not only through life coaching but physically through various forms of exercise. When she was introduced to Pilates she knew that it was quickly turning into an exercise modality that would assist people to gain body awareness and self confidence - from the inside out. Her philosophy is to take small steps towards great goals; helping people navigate through the vulnerabilities found deep within the body. When you combine her extraordinary energy and sense of humor with her ability to deeply connect, you will see that Naiza is truly passionate about getting people to bridge the gap between their minds and bodies through mindful engagement and movement. Naiza currently finds herself going back to school - with the hopes of blurring the lines between movement therapy and mental health therapy - by shooting to obtain a Doctorate of Psychology along with a degree in Kinesiology; following through with her three T’s: treat, teach and travel. She flows through this life as a mother to a human teenage boy and 2 four-legged old timers.
