Ive talked to three different technicians so far. Each of them took the time to explain what they were doing and asked if I had any questions or concerns as they would be happy to address them. The service keeps me informed as to when they will be preforming a service call, time and date.

My Technician Regis Barber always explains what he is going to do and makes suggestions about what I can do to make my lawn better. I had Massey before and they killed my lawn and blamed me. TruGreen brought it back from the dead.

My experience with TruGreen has been a very pleasant partnership. They taken care of lawn, shrubs, and palm trees for the entire 18 years that I have this property. They come on a regular basis and without fanfare do a great job keeping my lawn and garden up to par or better than any outside area in the neighborhood.

My yard has improved a great deal since TruGreen began servicing this year. The technicians have been punctual, professional, and courteous at every visit. Further, I receive telephone reminders of the day and time they will come. The summary of each visit is available immediately after the service and I can review all transactions online through a very customer friendly portal.

Am not home most of the time while the lawn techs do their work. Yet when able to chat with them, are friendly and knowledgeable. Had a concern regarding mushrooms growing on my property which was eventually addressed and resolved.
