He is no longer with us, but his dedication and passion for Orlando Eyecare are far from forgotten: Dr. Devines dream was to put CARE in Eye Care, and he spent his life doing just that. The baton has been carefully passed on to Dr. Kirk Smith, and now he leads the team at OEC proudly to continue the legacy with which it was first established.
